The regular KwikPen self-pay schedule is $299 at 2.5 mg, $399 at 5 mg, $499 at 7.5 mg and $699 at 10 mg, 12.5 mg or 15 mg. A one-month KwikPen supply is defined as twenty-eight days. A quote for another presentation needs its own terms.

The higher-strength offer is conditional
The $449 purchase offer applies to eligible 7.5–15 mg KwikPen strengths. Continuing that price requires a refill purchase within forty-five days of delivery or receipt of the previous prescription. The first qualifying purchase and later refills do not have identical administrative conditions. The actual prescription, eligibility rules and current manufacturer offer control.

Model the regular price as a separate scenario
If a refill misses the offer window, the regular listed price can be higher. Keep that possibility visible in a budget instead of assuming the discounted amount lasts indefinitely. Additional taxes and fees may apply, and a prescribing service can charge separately. Do not take extra medication, stockpile it or change a clinical schedule just to preserve a discount.
