Keep size and term together
Eden’s homepage lists 500 mg and 1,000 mg NAD+ injection options, with distinct monthly and three-month prices. The 500 mg monthly option is $173 for the first month and $196 thereafter. The 1,000 mg monthly option is $217 then $246. A larger vial is a different package, not necessarily better value for an individual prescription.

The other routes
The nasal monthly plan is $120 initially and $135 thereafter. The site also advertises a face cream, which is a separate topical product. We do not combine topical and injectable prices in a clinical comparison or infer systemic effects from cosmetic use.

Our assessment
Eden says plans include the visit, medication and shipping. Ask how much is charged at enrollment, which pharmacy supplies the prescription and whether a treatment change affects a prepaid commitment. The provider’s cellular-energy and focus claims are not independently verified outcomes in this review.
