Manufacturer self-pay offers can make the medication cost visible without a separate telehealth membership. A valid prescription is still required; obtaining it can involve a separate clinician charge. We show that charge as unconfirmed, not as zero.

The refill deadline matters
The Zepbound KwikPen offer gives eligible higher strengths a $449 price subject to refilling within 45 days. Foundayo has a $299 offer for its two highest strengths with a similar deadline. Missing the window can expose a substantially higher regular price. The device, dose and program terms must match the prescription.
