The pill has several price bands
NovoCare lists one bottle of thirty tablets at $149 for 1.5 mg, $199 for 4 mg and $299 for 9 mg or 25 mg. These are the current listed self-pay bands. An older promotional price can remain in search results, so the current offer terms matter more than a headline or cached table.

The pen has an introductory offer
Eligible new patients can receive two monthly fills of the 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg pen at $199 each through December 31, 2026. The regular listed price for standard pen strengths is $349; the HD 7.2 mg pen is $399. We preserve the introductory period rather than annualizing it.
