Manufacturer access · public-source review

Vyleesi, in detail.

An FDA-approved bremelanotide product with a four-dose offer and a narrow eligibility context.

A review of public information. No hands-on testing, laboratory inspection or medical review is claimed.

The $99 figure needs its qualification

The manufacturer advertises a four-dose box for $99 when commercial insurance does not cover Vyleesi, subject to the program’s eligibility rules. Government-funded insurance beneficiaries are excluded from the assistance program. This is not an unconditional price for every uninsured or insured person.

A box is not a month

Four autoinjectors are the selling unit in the offer. We do not assign a monthly duration or recommend a frequency of use. Delivery through BlinkRx is advertised as free; any separate prescribing visit requires its own cost check.

Our assessment

Vyleesi has a defined approved indication and important contraindications, including uncontrolled hypertension or known cardiovascular disease. The manufacturer says it is not for men, postmenopausal women or enhancing sexual performance. A provider advertising another compounded PT-141 product has not thereby demonstrated equivalence to Vyleesi.
