The Med+ page advertises $25 for the first month. On the twelve-month commitment, subsequent months are $74; on six months, they are $84. Calculate the committed period
At the published rates, one introductory month plus eleven $74 months gives $839 over the first twelve-month term. One $25 month plus five $84 months gives $445 over six months. These are sums of listed charges, not claims that the entire term is collected upfront. Medication and other applicable costs sit outside both sums.

Check renewal before joining
The reviewed offer renews into another corresponding commitment term unless handled under its cancellation rules. Confirm the renewal date, notice requirements, next-term price and whether any exception applies if clinical treatment is inappropriate. A promotional care agreement and the pharmacy’s medication transaction can have different rules.
